PRIVATE COMPANY
A Fortune 500 company in San Francisco uses Goose ProfessionalTM to manage a comprehensive commute program including vanpools, private shuttle buses, real-time and traditional carpools, bike matching and public transportation. GoosePro integrates with the company's intranet, and employee activity is logged via an interactive commute calendar.
GoosePro also integrates with the client's payroll system to process commuter rewards automatically. With over 50% of eligible employees enrolled in the program, the company collects valuable data on employees' travel behavior. This data is then used to support a planned expansion of the company's corporate campus, helping to ensure the city government that the company will be able to meet its goal of facility expansion without adding additional parking.
STATE AGENCY
A State Transportation agency sponsors a program that lets Goose provide a rideshare application to small and mid-sized businesses which might not otherwise take any action to influence the commuting habits of their employees. Using the Goose Rideshare Widget and a multi-modal online calendar to report activity, companies are able to promote and track the use of alternatives to drive alone commuting. Data is provided to participating companies and aggregated for the State Agency to support a state congestion relief program.
